What is Platelet-Rich Fibrin?

PRF is a leading regenerative technique with both cosmetic and therapeutic applications. It will be available at Utopia in just a few weeks!

So, How Does it Work?

After consultation, blood is drawn from the patient and placed in a centrifuge. The blood separates into different layers, one of them being fluid platelet-rich fibrin, which is rich in growth factors. The fibrin is then injected into the patient’s areas of concern using a small, short needle or a canula, depending on treatment area and desired result.

The Arthrex syringe system is revolutionary for PRF therapy, producing a maximum amount of fibrin from a single syringe of blood without any additives that can cause pain upon injection. When the fibrin enters the body, it forms a gel-like substance that creates a matrix, producing the best possible environment for long-term regeneration and growth. Because of the lattice-like thickening of the fibrin, it often produces similar results to those of fillers, lasting several months to years with no negative side effects. The treatment is specifically targeted to elicit long-term results due to the stimulation of growth factors within the treatment site.

PRF injections produce profound regeneration and rapid cell turnover. Most clients require 3-5 treatments to achieve full effects.

Pricing 💰

The cost of PRF treatment varies from clinic to clinic and is comparable to PRP treatments, even as a superior therapeutic option.

At Utopia the cost is $749.00 per treatment, with packages of 3 treatments available for a discount. With outcomes comparable to surgery in some cases, immediate filler-like results, and long-term growth factor stimulation, this cost-effective treatment is worth every penny.
