Why WE Love Ale Architect @ale_architect
Other than the fact that they are directly across the street, the Utopia team has fallen in love with Ale Architect for several reasons. Firstly, they serve delicious Birch & Bear Pizza made to crispy, delicious, gourmet perfection. Better yet, they also serve it BY THE SLICE. Winning!
Their prices and selection are excellent, with grown-up pizza flavours that even the kids will go nuts over. The beer is also fantastic (even to someone who may not normally drink beer). The Lil’ Crispy and the Yum Yum Juice are our personal favorites (although we recently saw a Utopia beer on tap - we will be trying that next)!
The ambience is lush with beautiful plants and large windows and the staff are friendly and inviting; it has a real small-town vibe. The tap room is kid-friendly until 8pm and their quaint outdoor patio area is dog-friendly with lots of free street parking. There is also additional parking for bicycles. Come give ‘em a try! You will not be disappointed.

“Had a Neapolitan style pepperoni pizza and it was one of the best I’ve had. Large, super thin slices of pepperoni that had wonderfully curled, crunchy edges. Tasty draft beer available in 1L mega can growlers too! Plan to stay awhile because this place was packed.”
